In this scheme, the distribution of Laptop criteria is different as compared to the previous schemes. In this scheme, the laptops are distributed to the bright students. Especially those who got positions in matriculation and intermediate levels. In the Phase 4 Scheme, the government aims to distribute more than 2 lakh laptops to bright students as well as to those students who can’t afford to buy a laptop.

Application Process

In the Phase 4 scheme of laptop distribution, there are certain criteria. That criteria must be fulfilled by the students to submit his/her application for the laptop. Only those students are eligible to submit their applications who accomplish the eligibility criteria.
