The Apni Chhat Apna Ghar program was started by the CM Marium Nawaz. We can say that the ACAG program was launched by the Punjab Government. The main goal of this program is to provide houses and apartments to those who cannot afford to buy.

The program aims to provide houses to the poor and deserving families of the Punjab Province. Those candidates who get registered for the ACAG Program will get rupees 15 Lakh loan from the Government of Punjab. This program is divided into three phases. In the first 70,000 families who can’t afford to buy a home get a loan of rupees 15 Lakh. In the second phase, the Punjab government will build 20,000 houses in different cities of Punjab. While in the third phase, a total of 10,000 housing units will be built by the Punjab Government.

First of all open the portal of ACAG.
Click on the Create New Account button.
Now answer the questions.
Enter your 13-digit identity card number without dashes.
After you enter your CNIC the system verifies your CNIC from the NADRA.
After verification from the NADRA, the ACAG portal will be signed in.
Remember your username and password for the ACAG portal.
Wait for a few days the Punjab Government authorities will contact you if you are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

You must follow the eligibility criteria to be eligible for the rupees 15 Lakh loan. Once you are successfully registered it means you are eligible for the rupees 15 Lakh loan. Further main points that should be in mind for the ACAG programs are mentioned below.

You must be from Punjab Province.
Your postal address is from the Punjab Province.
You must be the owner of the 5 Marla plot.
There should be no pending loan in your name.

How to Apply For the ACAG Program

Let’s discuss the application procedure. For your ease, the Punjab Government launched two ways by which you can apply for the Apna Chhat Apna Ghar scheme. The first method is online. While the second method is offline. The offline method to apply for ACAG is for those persons who don’t have the internet facility. You can apply for ACAG by staying at your home. Below the procedure is mentioned to apply online for ACAG.

آئیے درخواست کے طریقہ کار پر بات کرتے ہیں۔ آپ کی سہولت کے لیے پنجاب حکومت نے “اپنی چھت اپنا گھر” سکیم کے لیے درخواست دینے کے دو طریقے متعارف کروائے ہیں۔ پہلا طریقہ آن لائن ہے، جبکہ دوسرا طریقہ آف لائن ہے۔ آف لائن طریقہ ان افراد کے لیے ہے جو انٹرنیٹ کی سہولت نہیں رکھتے۔ آپ گھر بیٹھے ہی “اپنی چھت اپنا گھر” سکیم کے لیے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔

First, create your account at the ACAG portal.
After you create the account log in with your username and password.
After you log in click on the ACAG program.
Choose the first option which is I want to apply for the ACAG.
A few questions will be asked of you.
These questions include your domicile district, your ID card number, your name, location of your 5 marla plot.
After you answered all the questions. Click on the submit button.
You will receive a confirmation message about your application for ACAG.
